A truly beautiful hotel, fully deserving of its 5 stars. The spa was very clean, open late, and beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely, discreet yet very responsive… we will gladly return.

Attentive service, exceptional cuisine. A place imbued with class and elegance, exactly what I appreciate. Special mention to the two youngest members of the staff: remarkable professionalism, a confident presence, and a perfectly controlled sense of humor. In an establishment of this caliber, combining high standards, poise, and a light touch with such precision deserves high praise. I will definitely return if I am ever in the area again.

The room, reception, service, and spa were, as always, of very high quality. One star less for the in-room breakfast: the bread was defrosted and then baked until crisp, the pastries were frozen, just like at an Ibis Budget... the smoked salmon was less good than usual, lacking the proper smoking technique. The rest was very standard, and for €90, we have the right to expect better quality. We will return, but we will hesitate about the breakfast.

Spa followed by lunch at 1 p.m. today: a complete and luxurious spa experience, with high-quality treatments. The meal: the best I've ever had, and I've dined in many restaurants, including Michelin-starred ones! Truly excellent!

My wife and I stayed for two nights over Valentine's Day, and we have very fond memories of this getaway. The room was impeccable: spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it immediately invited relaxation. Despite the less than ideal weather, the setting remained charming and idyllic, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of hot water on the first night. We don't hold it against the establishment at all; it was clearly an unforeseen technical issue beyond their control. We also greatly appreciated the thoughtful gesture: a complimentary hydromassage session offered spontaneously, without us even requesting it. The spa offers a pleasant and soothing setting, perfect for relaxation. The staff is wonderful, with a special mention for Chantal, who was always kind and smiling every time we visited. The food was simply exquisite: delicious cuisine where the chef delights guests with subtly enhanced dishes. The head waiter and sommelier, always smiling and offering helpful advice, contribute to making each meal a unique experience. In conclusion, a big thank you to all the teams for their work, as well as to Sylvie Boucher for her warm welcome to this beautiful establishment. We highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The setting, the welcome, the cuisine, and the service were all impeccable. The king-size beds (200x200 cm) with mattress toppers ensure a superb night's sleep! The walk-in shower or bathtub is much appreciated, offering comfort for everyone. The garden and the birdsong in the morning are a lovely way to wake up. The discreet owners ensure everyone's comfort. A haven of peace to better enjoy Avignon. Bravo!
