A wonderful discovery at Auberge des Grottes.
I absolutely loved the meal, from appetizer to dessert, with a true sense of balance in flavors and textures.
Special mention for the appetizer:
"Scallops in red cabbage gravlax, wasabi cream" — a combination as subtle as it was original.
And the dessert:
"Salsify tagliatelle, passion fruit cream, and walnut-salsify crumble" — a delightful surprise, both delicate and perfectly executed.
Creative, refined, and perfectly balanced cuisine.
I highly recommend it!

We visited on February 26, 2026. Everything was perfect. The dishes were excellent, made with quality ingredients, at a very reasonable price. Special mention to the waiters and waitress who were remarkably kind and had a great sense of humor. We had a wonderful time, thank you for the warm welcome!

Everything was excellent! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed a delicious meal. The dishes are sophisticated, featuring local and seasonal produce. Plus, the staff is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it!
