Near a nuclear power plant, with spectacular views where you can see the ferries heading to England. The weather can be bad but that doesn't take away from the excitement of the moment. Super well-prepared food (to take a fault, it could be the rice under the fish, one for the dough) the very friendly service... is that why it's so hard to find a table?

The food is excellent, original, and delicious.
However, the somewhat informal and unprofessional service could be improved. Another minor complaint is the use of a very strong-smelling spray to clean the tables; it's quite unpleasant when you haven't finished eating.
The setting is magnificent. Reservations are essential.

A beautiful setting, the Jobourg nose, inventive cuisine, wonderful creativity, perfectly cooked sea bass, light dishes that you could savor endlessly. The raspberry dessert, a blend of sorbet, mousse, coulis, and fragrant fresh raspberries topped with a crisp meringue, is incredible. Luckily we had a reservation; not to be missed.
