It's been a long time since I've eaten so well from starter to dessert. Warm welcome and service, plus the table by the fire. I highly recommend it, and this romantic meal will stay in my memory for a long time!

The owners are very kind and generous, taking into account the fact that we have to leave earlier in the morning to prepare breakfast, yes we hear noise, but nothing bad coming from above but otherwise it is very quiet, it does not prevent you from sleeping, the breakfast is simple but plentiful. 2 good croissants, yogurt, compote, tea, orange juice, jams. I really recommend the rooms are beautiful, with old and modern, spacious.

Excellent food and wonderful atmosphere, all orchestrated by friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend the bouillabaisse if you have the time to order it in advance.

01/05/2024: Bastide dès Jourdans é un piccolo villaggio all’ingresso del Luberon, è talmente piccolo che ci si stupisce di trovare un hotel come lo Cheval blanc con il suo elegante ristorante. La casa è una bella casa di campagna di quelle tipiche provenzali, è stata saggiamente mantenuta senza alterarne lo stile, bei pavimenti, poche camere ma grandi e confortevoli. Il ristorante al pian terreno è molto bello, con uno stile più moderno ma semplice, la colazione ricca, i proprietari gentili e disponibili a consigliare e rendere più facile il soggiorno.
31/03/2024: Tout est parfait !!! Le cadre sobre mais de très bon goût, l'accueil souriant, vaisselle de qualité, et d'excellents plats pour le menu "spécial Pâques". Même le vin était à la hauteur : Luberon rouge “Amo Roujo” 2021 du domaine le Novi. En bref, ce lieu est une réussite que je recommande chaudement !
