Exquisite cuisine in a renovated setting that has retained its charm. Delicious sweetbreads; perfectly cooked and flavorful turbot; very tasty veal chuck cooked in beer. And of course, the soufflé, as impressive as ever and wonderfully smooth. Smiling and impeccable service!

Lunch on the veranda was very pleasant. The service was perfect.
Two small details...
- Place a plate under the small dish holding the gravlax; this will prevent the cutlery from being placed on the tablecloth. Furthermore, fish cutlery would be more elegant.
- For the chocolate mousse in the small glass, use a smaller spoon.

We have stayed here several times, both at the hotel and the restaurant. Each time, the service has been impeccable and the welcome very warm. Living nearby, we recommend the hotel to our guests and dine here with them. We did so again this evening, and the quality was once again exceptional. In short: highly recommended.
