The starter had too much salad on the plate. The dessert, crème catalane, was awful. It was just milk, and the blowtorch must have been broken. The waitress was pleasant. I wouldn't recommend it.
Whenever I'm in the area, a visit to this restaurant is a must; it's now one of my favorites. The portions are generous and delicious, the service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is authentic. I'm always genuinely delighted.
We chose Le Moulin à Sulphur for our wedding reception. It was a wonderful surprise for our guests. Each dish was more exquisite than the last. A true delight for the taste buds. We let the chef prepare a surprise dessert, a magnificent and delicious tiered cake. A lovely table awaited us in a charming, traditional setting. The staff was incredibly attentive. Excellent restaurant! The portions are generous and beautifully presented. Spotlessly clean. The dining room is spacious (handy when you have a stroller) and well-heated (a welcome feature in winter). The owner went out of his way to meet all our needs. I highly and sincerely recommend it.

On the plate, we applauded the chef's originality, showcasing seasonal cuisine that was honest and undeniably flavorful! Everything was perfectly balanced, straightforward, vibrant, and intense. From appetizer to dessert, balance seemed to be the guiding principle.
The wines from the various estates of Maison Cazes catered to all tastes, with two affordable food and wine pairings.
Finally, the prices are reasonable considering the effort put into the experience. The chef changes the menu every two weeks, and at these prices, why not indulge? Bravo, and thank you!
