The cuisine is simply excellent, the service very friendly and impeccable, the ambiance is perfect - visit and enjoy!

We ate at L'Aquilon in February. The fish of the day (John Dory), served with lemon sauce and vegetable crumble, was truly excellent. The mille-feuille and violet jelly for dessert were also delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant.
