L’Aquilon, a wonderful discovery. In two parts: The main course, the breaded sweetbreads, is the true highlight of the meal: precise cooking, a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and a delicate, crispy crust. The vegetables add freshness and depth, while the generous and perfectly blended homemade sauce gives the dish depth, length, and richness. A well-constructed dish, based on a beautiful balance between tenderness, crispness, and freshness. The dessert: Special mention goes to the trompe-l’œil peanut, as visually stunning as it is deliciously executed. The interplay of textures and the intense aroma of the peanut make it a gourmet and original conclusion. Generous and expertly prepared French cuisine, with real attention paid to cooking times, sauces, and flavor combinations. Nothing showy: the product remains the focus, and the execution makes all the difference. The restaurant is admittedly a little out of the way, but it remains a must-try.

From appetizer to dessert, the meal was a delight, with vibrant flavors that tantalized the taste buds. Explanations of the dishes were provided when ordering. The staff was very attentive and friendly. A restaurant that makes you want to return without hesitation.

A must-visit! The welcome is incredibly warm (thank you, Lydie, for reserving our usual table), and the refined cuisine is bursting with flavor, using locally sourced ingredients. We never fail to dine at your establishment whenever we're in Pourville; it truly deserves its "Maître Restaurateur" designation. A superb wine list to complement your meal. A beautiful terrace with a sea view.
