A warm welcome with a big smile, quick seating and service, the waitress was clearly very efficient. The daily special was delicious. In short, I highly recommend it. Manu, if you're ever in the area, this is the place for you.

Good but expensive food. €107.80 for 2 starters (2 small cod fritters, grilled chorizo), 2 main courses with fries and salad (rib-eye steak, prawns), and 2 desserts (caramel flan, fruit salad), 3 cans of Coke, and 1 shandy. Over €50/person...wow, that's a steep price for a no-frills, no-frills Portuguese restaurant (soda cans!)...

What a great find! My mother, who is of Portuguese origin, wanted to eat at a restaurant with "real" Portuguese dishes, and this time, bingo! A successful discovery... Generous portions, flavorful dishes (wood-fired grilled meats 👌, cod 👌, and wood-fired grilled chicken 😋) A warm and welcoming atmosphere... We'll gladly return, even for takeout 😎

12/12/2025: The gizzard salad needed more vinegar, and it was a shame to have added onions. The beef bourguignon was good.
11/12/2025: For the first time in 20 years, I left this restaurant disappointed (I ordered sirloin steak, perfectly cooked, but the meat was far too tough—just bad luck? I hope so). Otherwise, the place has just been completely renovated and remains a very pleasant spot by the water... I returned a month later, and everything was back to normal, from the service to the food; everything was perfect that evening... (One mistake in 20 years... that's still reasonable 😉). Until next time... The story continues... After this negative experience in August (the exception), a visit in September and another in December confirm the August exception... EXCELLENT... dishes on the menu change frequently... quality food... impeccable service... very good times spent in this establishment located on the banks of the Marne. See you soon at the VILLA.

31/12/2025: I usually always order my pizzas from them and I'm never disappointed... yesterday, December 30th, I ordered and the pizzas were a complete disappointment...
28/12/2025: The best pizzeria in Lagny! The welcome is warm, the owner is very kind, and the pizzas are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it.
