I think Inès that you were out of sorts. It happens to everyone and it doesn't matter! I completely share Ludovic's opinion. Le bistrot des carmes is a small bistro full of charm which highlights good products. Sorry Pierrier but their sparkling water from the Arcachon region is excellent. A unique taste, simple marketing! Congratulations to this team who knows how to welcome their customers. I also highly recommend their special themed evenings! Keep it up, we love it
