Definitely our favorite restaurant in Rouen ❤️❤️❤️. We're never disappointed; the food is excellent, healthy, flavorful, and generous. The service is always impeccable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very clean and beautifully decorated. It's rare to find such consistency in all these areas. And the quality/quantity/price ratio is excellent. We've become regulars. I always order either the fried rice or the shrimp Pad Thai; the dishes are truly delicious. My partner always gets the chicken thighs, which are unbeatable—very generous and incredibly flavorful. The appetizers are also very good. We love you, Ban Thai, don't change a thing!!

An excellent Thai restaurant serving traditional cuisine with impeccable service. The ambiance is extraordinary, with elegant decor and soft background music. You really feel like you're in Thailand. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end.

Excellent meal! The dishes were delicious, the setting very pleasant, and the servers were very attentive. I highly recommend it.

The setting is nice, the location convenient in Rouen, and the service is efficient. However, we ordered spring rolls which were okay, but the pineapple, shrimp, and chicken salad, while very fresh, lacked flavor. There was some mint and shallot, but it needed something to enhance the overall taste, which is what you expect from Thai food. Perhaps the other dishes were good. We can't say, as we didn't try them.

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Don't miss out, you'd be missing out! I highly recommend it!! ❤️ Lunch for two during the week.
