29/12/2023: My wife and I had the pleasure of participating in the “Expresso” and “Cafeology” workshops organized by Jérôme and Oliver. Very informative and entertaining. The 'Expresso' workshop put us on the path to making the perfect espresso, with practical demonstrations and expert advice from Jérôme and Oliver. Their passion for coffee was contagious and truly inspired us. The 'Caféologie' workshop was a real adventure through the world of coffee, from its cultivation to its tasting. Jerome and Oliver made every aspect exciting and accessible, and we really appreciated how enthusiastically they shared their knowledge.
