29/05/2026: Honestly, the sandwiches at Subway are great, no doubt about it. The two employees with glasses are extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming; it's a real pleasure to be served by people like them. However, the slightly older employee behaves in the complete opposite way. He's rude to customers, makes them feel like they're bothering him, and looks down on people as if they were stupid. Frankly, this kind of attitude is unacceptable and completely ruins the experience. It's a real shame because it clearly damages Subway's image and makes me not want to come back at all. They seriously need to address this behavior.
