The pizzas are very good and the service is very fast, I recommend them.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and waited much longer than expected, more than 45 minutes to an hour late compared to the time indicated on the app. Having no information about my order, I called the restaurant to find out what was going on. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. Instead of offering an explanation or a solution, she simply told me, "Either you wait, or I'll cancel the order," even though it had already been paid for. I find this way of speaking to customers unacceptable. It's perfectly understandable that a delay can happen, but there's a proper way to communicate with customers and handle these kinds of situations. What's unfortunate is that this isn't the first time I've ordered from you. On the contrary, I used to order regularly, and everything had always gone smoothly until today. I therefore don't understand why this significant delay was not explained or addressed by any customer service efforts. I'm very disappointed with this experience, especially considering my previous orders were satisfactory.
