30/05/2026: A truly delightful setting, a beautifully laid-out dining room, and superb, perfectly executed, and thoughtfully prepared cuisine. It embodies the spirit of the Landes region, but with a touch of haute cuisine. Congratulations.
13/05/2026: We had dinner at the restaurant. Having read the reviews, we were quite excited. It was a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend the lobster set. The chocolate soufflé with Armagnac dessert was disappointing, in my opinion. Overall, we were disappointed.
