I came to eat with my friends, not knowing that drinks were included. I ordered water, and they told me it was included in the price. I asked to change my drink, and they huffed and puffed... not pleasant, lol. Later, I wanted to pay with restaurant vouchers, and they told me I was being a pain in the neck, super welcoming... but apparently, "it doesn't work in the village" (it happened at all the restaurants: Rosalie, Royal Pub, etc.). They spoke to me rudely and condescendingly.
Otherwise, the buffet is very good, but some of the staff need to be re-evaluated.

Fantastic experience! We came one evening as a family for dinner. We shared tapas-style dishes, and it was excellent! Noah, our server, was very attentive and available for any request or assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to La Grange - Billy Bob's Country Western Saloon. We will definitely be back!

I'm hesitant and agree with several other comments already posted.
Considering the price, the buffet (starter, main course, dessert) offers a good variety of choices (even if it quickly deviates from Tex-Mex).
Plates are systematically replaced as soon as you finish, which is annoying. Refilling a plate doesn't require a new one.
I had a stomach ache immediately after leaving the restaurant, so I can attribute that to the food. It remains partially warm, however, it's unclear how long it's been under the heat lamps.
A special mention for the gratin dauphinois, which I found very good.
I don't recommend this restaurant; you'll find other options in the park or at Disney Village.

Superb place to attend free concerts. We're never disappointed; the lineup is excellent every time. Bar service and security are fully provided. A great atmosphere is guaranteed.

An all-you-can-eat buffet that will stay with you. We dined there as a family of six, including children, and received a warm welcome. It's wise to make a reservation as the restaurant is popular. There was a wide variety of choices and flavors. The quality was excellent. An American draft beer would have been a fantastic bonus! The music, featuring Johnny Cash, was a real treat!

We were pleasantly surprised; we had dinner there one night and it was our favorite restaurant. The food was very good, although there wasn't a huge variety, but the pastries were outstanding. We went at 8:30 pm and they had everything; if something ran out, they replenished it.
