The food was very average, it was nice but I was expecting more based on the previous reviews… maybe we ordered wrong (octopus to start and steak and cod for mains) but there wasn’t anything special about the food. The cod was tasty but very oily. The service was great, and the restaurant setting was nice with a view.

A lovely spot in the village of Lafare, a haven in the Dentelles de Montmirail region. A warm welcome where they listen and make you feel at ease. On the plate, beautiful and delicious cuisine. Real homemade fries. Perfectly creamy polenta. Tender, perfectly seasoned lamb stew. Finish with Marie's dessert, a tantalizing taste. A must-try!

We enjoyed a meal on the terrace with a view of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The waiters were very pleasant; we had a lovely time with friends. And the food was excellent!
