A very good bakery that I highly recommend. The bread is excellent; it's clearly the bakery's strong point. The pastries are also very good, as is the catering section, which offers some lovely options. The cakes are decent, made with quality ingredients, although some prices might seem a bit high and some creations occasionally lack a bit of character or "punch." The bakery is well located, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. You just have to appreciate the decor, which is very pink! I also enjoy following their social media: they have some good ideas and engaging content, even if there's still room for improvement in better showcasing the shop and its products. Overall, it's a place I readily recommend.

I ordered a cake for a special occasion, and the calligraphic inscription was poorly done (although it was corrected once because there was an error in the theme; I was then told that I hadn't specified the theme, which is untrue...). I was then told that nothing could be done because it depended on the person who did it. So I left feeling perplexed with my disappointing cake... While the cake itself was very good, when you order a dessert, it implies that you also value aesthetics. I would have preferred a plaque to this kind of writing, and I would have appreciated some kind of compensation or at least more understanding. Aside from that, their products are good.

Excellent products, but prices that, in my opinion, are increasing excessively... and the staff turnover means the service isn't what it used to be...

We bought this apple trompe l'oeil this weekend, and we were a little disappointed. Inside there are only small pieces of slightly stewed apple and nothing else. For €7, this trompe l'oeil deserves a bit more coulis or something inside...

I went to Karl's to get a Coke and a cake. The cake was very good, but the Coke had expired almost a year ago! I recommend checking expiration dates before you go!

Everything is very good, but it's a bit expensive compared to the competition. The staff isn't always friendly.
