Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Istres

Hello, today is Wednesday the 24th. You kindly agreed to make me a four-cheese pizza after I ordered from the wrong bakery in the Leclerc shopping center, and I thank you for that. However, to be honest, I was disappointed with the pizza. In my opinion, it doesn't justify its price of €11.90. The crust was very thin, and the overall appearance wasn't particularly appetizing. The quality seemed rather average to me. I simply wanted to share my feedback constructively. Sincerely.

I stopped by this evening, June 23rd, 2026, shortly before closing time to pick up a TooGoodToGo order. I was greeted by a lovely, tall, dark-haired young man! He answered the phone with incredible kindness, prepared my TooGoodToGo order for me since I was running late, and welcomed us with the utmost warmth! Thank you so much for your kindness! 💝

The pastries were very good, but the welcome and service were average. The saleswoman was very rushed, didn't smile, and I felt like I was bothering her. She didn't offer any advice despite my hesitation about certain products. Her colleagues in the background, in the middle of the kitchen, were chatting and using their cell phones in what was supposed to be a "hygiene" zone. A shame. A bit expensive for what I ordered.

A well-located bakery in Istres with good products. The pizzas are good and the prices are reasonable. However, the hygiene and service were a bit of a letdown. It would probably be better to wear gloves in front of customers before handling the products. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to these aspects, the experience would be much better.
