I would like to emphasize the quality of the products sold there, but above all the exceptional level of welcome given to customers. The sale is carried out by a young man and several young women, all pleasant, friendly, smiling, keen to provide the best possible service, and who demonstrate a lot of interpersonal intelligence. I have seen them several times maintain a very professional calm in the face of grumpy customers, who are often pathologically dissatisfied. In this aspect, this store can be an example of optimal management. I am willing to give my views on the matter more specifically… I come back to the opinion I gave six months ago on this establishment. When a human organization functions very, very well, the hardest part is to maintain it at this level. The team at this establishment is truly exemplary in this regard. The incredible heat conditions in which the work has been done recently, and done well, have not discouraged his professionalism and his interpersonal skills. Hat !
