I'm raising my rating from 2 to 4 stars. For several years, I'd been complaining about the slowness and disorganization of the staff, to the point that, tired of the unjustified waits, I'd clearly switched to another shop and only returned sporadically. I also complained about the frequently out-of-stock displays, and while this last point clearly hasn't improved, I must admit that recently, even though I don't come regularly, I find the staff has definitely improved. They're much faster, more organized, and very courteous—well done on that.
