Wednesday evening around 5 p.m. I went to buy 3+1 golden baguettes and I was surprised when I arrived home to discover that one of the baguettes was still frozen in the middle. I wouldn't go to this store to get defrosted bread, especially since I freeze some of it, plus it should be indicated! What a disappointment and what a surprise to discover this! Without a good explanation in return, they will have lost a customer!!! It's been 2 weeks since I left the review above but no one from management has bothered to respond!!!!!
