Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Saint-Quentin

The products are excellent in every respect. Assortments of pastries are offered, subject to availability. You can choose from hot or cold lunch menus. There's the option to eat in, but it's a shame there's only one small table in a drafty corner. The service can be pleasant and friendly, or quite the opposite, depending on the staff. I enjoy this establishment and stop by from time to time.

Friendliness wise, OK, however it would be good to remind people through training, for example, of some basic hygiene rules that I saw and pointed out to the waitress!!!

I went there this morning, the sandwiches were perfect. But the friendliness wasn't great. I asked for flan and he told me there was some in the back. And I told him no, I wanted two slices of flan, and well, I felt like I was bothering everyone... I wanted to try again and I see that it hasn't changed. I much prefer the one next door, Grand Frais, which is friendlier.
