I won't comment on the sandwich shop as I haven't tried it (and have no desire to if it's anything like their pastries)... in short, it's mass-produced and, for what it is, expensive. Avoid it. In short, a parody of a bakery.

Marie Blachère in Aubenas: simple, efficient, and quick! It's a chain, admittedly, but convenient when you want a quick bite without any fuss. A good selection, fast service, and products that do the job. A great little spot for a quick break.

Plenty of choice, a warm welcome and friendly saleswomen.

Marie Blachere is losing its edge. It used to be a pleasure to come and choose your sandwich before returning from vacation. This time, the sandwiches were rather bland and the bread wasn't very fresh. So-so.

26/06/2026: A very nice place with a clientele dressed very elegantly. Good atmosphere and their tapas are quite decent.
06/04/2026: Great atmosphere, delicious and tasty platters and pizzas, etc. A lovely evening spent at your place.
