The food was also excellent; the burgers were truly superb (I had five), despite the lack of cheddar (they could have used the cheddar from the sushi in the burger). One drawback, however, is the shameful choice of sauces. There wasn't even balsamic vinegar for dipping sushi. There was a wide selection of mousses, so I was interested in the "neutral mousse" flavor, expecting an airy mousse (for those in the know: 78% N2, 21% O2, 0.97% Argon...). I was therefore indignant to find a familiar coconut flavor. I finally found the neutral taste in the pasteis de nata, which was as white as the sand on a (white) beach. This establishment has a lot of potential; consider expanding your burger menu, and perhaps even renaming yourselves Royal Smash...
