Traditional Marie Blachère bakery, just a shame that in the evening there are no more so-called white baguettes, my little guilty pleasure, with gorgonzola type cheese or other runny cheese....
We know what we find in a Marie Blachère. The differences between these stores are linked to the staff, their kindness and the more or less pleasant customers. I give five stars for these last two.
Lack of real good regional products, so many things to discover...
It's the big chains now
Not authenticity, just overacting..
No value, no soul...
Everyone should only do one thing in a store, we are a baker, or a caterer or a pastry chef, it's just for the money and destroy the real bakers.
I often go to Marie Blachère Pontcharra. The bread is good, the pain au chocolat too, and the chocolate cookies are a pure marvel!
Recently, they have been making Nutella buns. I really like Nutella. Unfortunately, they don't do batches of 2 or 4. I always eat things in pairs. I don't understand people who eat disorderly. I eat the sausage slices in pairs, but also the Tucs, the Pringles, the twisted girandoles, and for the M&M's, I eat them in pairs of colors in the order orange, red, green, yellow, blue and brown.
