The best bakery in Auxerre. Honestly, from the bread to all the pastries, the best 👍🏼 I'm not even talking about the pizzas and sandwiches. I had taken photos of the displays to show them to you but I was told on site that it was prohibited, so I removed them and kept the sign. You could have seen the pain au chocolat, the apple turnovers, the pain au raisins, the brownies, the chouquettes and so on. We have two Marie Blachère, one in Perrigny near Grand Frais and another in Moneteau near Cora. There are now some in Ile de France. Enjoy your food

Where I find the bread that suits me because I don't like crusty or even burnt bread, just not good at pizza level because it's too stingy, 1 slice of ham on a huge pizza at 9th, this pizza experience will not be repeated.

The bakers are at incredible speeds, almost impossible to maintain. The sellers are constantly running. All my admiration goes to them, but turns to reproach their employer... Otherwise, not JUST the bread, but everything is good, neat, well presented and you always get a little smile at the checkout. (When we are friendly of course 😂)

Always lots of tempting products...we allow ourselves to ignore the diet for the pleasure of taste..
