Pastries were fine, sandwiches were fine. But the saleswoman, named M… she was awful. I don't understand what she's doing there. She makes comments in front of the customers, without any shame.

Too many people. A product that has become mass-produced. The products are what they are—"average"—but selling you the best isn't the DNA of this chain. It's about selling. The sales assistants do what they can, but with a smile. Everyone makes their own choice.

Hello, There has been a significant improvement in the quality of both the products and the sales experience. Several years ago, the reception was truly appalling; now, we receive a genuinely welcoming experience. A positive point is that the saleswomen have stopped shouting out all the promotions.

I thank the saleswomen for their welcome, but I bought a selection of chocolate croissants and some pastries, and they were very dry... needs improvement.

17/10/2024: J’évite par habitude (et par recherche de vrais saveurs) d’aller dans les chaînes de restaurant autant que faire se peut. Mais j’avoue avoir été agréablement surpris par ce restaurant: personnel (gérant et serveur) souriants et aimables, cadre avec nombreuses places et soin apporté à la décoration et l’ambiance (musique de fond type piano bar) permet de se poser et décompresser. Rapport qualité prix très correct
12/07/2024: Went here for lunch whilst in Auxerre. The choice was good and not expensive. Easy parking. The food was excellent and the service was brilliant. Would go here again.
