Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Marseille

The bread is good, but the oven cleaning leaves much to be desired. The bottom of the loaf is often caked with breadcrumbs...

On August 21st, I ordered pizzas, apple pie, and brownies for my son's 30th birthday. I wanted to thank the team at La Parette for their kindness and the quality of their products. Sincerely,

As a regular customer of this bakery, I'm posting a review, a realistic one since I'm not just passing through! Having been on sick leave for a year, I stop by to have my coffee on the terrace in the morning. The bread is good, the pastries too, the pizzas… everything, really. The staff is friendly but incredibly rushed in the summer because they're short-staffed, which is a shame because the quality of service suffers! You're rushed through, which is a pity because we like to take our time choosing! On the other hand, it's not clean! My daughter bought a croque monsieur at 50% off at the entrance of the shop, and there were pastries, bread, and snacks that were dirty from the day before, all at room temperature. All of it was at room temperature. My daughter was sick for two days! In short, it's my fault; I should never have bought her food that had been left in a bag in the heat. Be careful because in case of an inspection… Also, the tables aren't cleaned, which is a shame because the place is nice both inside and out. But you don't dare put your cup or phone on the table. Hopefully this will change because I really like this neighborhood and this bakery!

I stopped by today to pick up some pastries served by a very kind young woman. She was very helpful and smiling (I didn't see her name, but she had a black scarf under her cap). Thank you to her! It was a pleasure!

I came on Thursday to buy bread and found the atmosphere wonderful. I saw the baker dancing; it was obvious he loves his job. I recommend it.

The bubbly, dynamic waitress is so rare, it's a pleasure.

Excellent quality and very fresh sandwiches. Please note, no sandwiches on Sundays 😔. The bread, pastries, and cakes live up to the brand's reputation. Thank you for your patronage at La Parette. When will we see you at La Timone? 😉

A slice of apple pie that was a little overcooked around the edges, which is a shame.

I bought some bread on Sunday, and the baguettes were excellent! The crust was nice and crispy, and the crumb was light and soft. They're always fresh and taste great. I highly recommend this bakery.

Responsive and super friendly team
