As far as the products are concerned, I have nothing to say. However, a lack of politeness and professionalism in terms of service. During my last visit, a saleswoman served me without answering hello, with an unpleasant look, barely listening to what I was saying, preferring to discuss with her colleagues in the back of the store. As a result, half of the products I requested were confused with other breads! This attitude doesn't make me want to come back. It's a real shame for the store, because this lack of customer service gives a bad image.
