Brasserie Le Fleming sur Nimes

An unexpected encounter 15 years after discovering this brasserie during a training course in the area! The "homemade" cuisine was simply perfect from appetizer to dessert, with the meat cooked at a low temperature—a real treat! A friendly and welcoming team you absolutely must meet!

It's always a pleasure to visit our neighbors at the Fleming Brewery. Once again this Thursday, our middle school's journalism club returned to school: the brewery team prepared a superb breakfast worthy of an official editorial board!
