An unexpected encounter 15 years after discovering this brasserie during a training course in the area! The "homemade" cuisine was simply perfect from appetizer to dessert, with the meat cooked at a low temperature—a real treat! A friendly and welcoming team you absolutely must meet!

It's always a pleasure to visit our neighbors at the Fleming Brewery. Once again this Thursday, our middle school's journalism club returned to school: the brewery team prepared a superb breakfast worthy of an official editorial board! A wonderful experience that the students won't soon forget. Thank you, and see you soon!

06/04/2026: Very comfortable boutique hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The room has all the needed comfort and the location is quiet at night. The hotel restaurant was good too. Breakfast was served and more than enough for a good start to the day. The location is perfect for access by foot to most interesting spots in town (of which there are many).
