As loyal customers for several years, it's always a great pleasure to be welcomed by Nicolas (Badge: Le petit Nico). His exceptional kindness and professionalism do your establishment proud. Unfortunately, during our last visit, last Saturday evening, the culinary experience fell short. My husband's burger was bland, and my steak tartare was simply meat with an overly exaggerated seasoning, lacking any finesse. Finally, while the beer (a "Barbouse") was good, it was sorely lacking in freshness. We hope for a real turnaround in the kitchen so that the food lives up to the service.

⭐️ Bravo to the whole team at Buffalo Grill Bois-Guillaume! ⭐️ We arrived around 1:30 pm when the restaurant was quite busy, but we were taken care of very quickly and always with a smile.
At our table, the order taking was just as efficient, with very little waiting.
A big thank you to the server: smiling, professional, efficient, and with a great sense of humor too! 👌
Honestly, it's hard to imagine better service!

I've been a customer at the Buffalo Grill in Bordeaux for at least 18 years… and happy birthday again to the lady who was there tonight for her 62nd birthday. The song was okay for a child, but still, another great evening. Ni…s wasn't there tonight, but he can count on the team. N… has been with the team for 18 years 🙏

Always a very warm welcome at Buffalo Grill, the staff are incredibly attentive. I find it a shame that the portions are smaller than before, and also that extra vegetables are charged extra, otherwise, no complaints.

As usual, we received a very warm welcome at the Buffalo Grill in Bois-Guillaume.
The salads instantly set the mood, and the mocktails were delicious. (Indian Summer) 5/5
The Raclette Burger was cooked perfectly (rare) 5/5
And finally, the pistachio ice cream provided a sweet ending, a real treat. 5/5
