The food was well-prepared and the service excellent, but the atmosphere was unbearable, with noise levels between 70 and 80 dB measured in a "stabilized" environment, and reaching 90 or even 95 dB during the customers' birthday music (three times in 1.5 hours...). This general noise is unacceptable and, above all, detrimental to the employees' work. If the labor inspectorate conducts an inspection, the best-case scenario is a €1500 fine with an order to carry out immediate repairs; the worst-case scenario is immediate administrative closure (plus a fine) pending repairs and ongoing acoustic monitoring with the installation of sound level meters in different areas of the dining room.
