The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. Having ordered the Western Plus set menu (starter, main course, dessert, and drink), I was disappointed by the marinated steak. That's just my personal opinion... What's starting to feel a bit stale, and especially predictable, is the "welcome" salad. It's been like this for years, and I think the chain should innovate and offer something different. The bread served with the meal is normally warm, but this time it was cold and slightly stale.
