Excellent meal at this Buffalo Grill in Saint-Lô. The Italian steak tartare was a great discovery. The service was very good. Thank you to Cédric and the other team members. From Dunkirk, passing through on our way to our holiday destination.

13/03/2026: The four-course "instant menu"—shellfish, fish, poultry, etc.—was very well-balanced. The side dishes, sauce reductions, and the young wasabino shoots and sweet woodruff from the garden added flavor and originality. A more pronounced flavor in the dessert would have been welcome. We had a wonderful time with friends.

15/05/2026: A wonderful evening in this beautiful setting. A little escape right in the heart of Saint-Lô. A very warm welcome, a good selection, and dishes that were as generous as they were delicious. All for a reasonable price. It makes you want to come back!
