Excellent service from Nassim, an attentive and responsive waiter. However, two of the four dishes arrived cold, although they were very good. Thank you Maxime and Nassim.

13/03/2026: The four-course "instant menu"—shellfish, fish, poultry, etc.—was very well-balanced. The side dishes, sauce reductions, and the young wasabino shoots and sweet woodruff from the garden added flavor and originality. A more pronounced flavor in the dessert would have been welcome. We had a wonderful time with friends.

15/05/2026: A wonderful evening in this beautiful setting. A little escape right in the heart of Saint-Lô. A very warm welcome, a good selection, and dishes that were as generous as they were delicious. All for a reasonable price. It makes you want to come back!
