I've absolutely loved Buffalo Grill ever since it opened in the 2000s in Montivilliers, and now the one in St. Pierre-lès-Elbeuf, for its little welcome salad 🥗, its friendly atmosphere, and of course, the always-smiling staff. The prices haven't changed in years despite the economic downturn, which means we can go out without breaking the bank. Thanks for opening the outdoor terrace; it was really nice. Keep up the good work! 🤗😉

Hello, As a regular customer of your establishment, I have never had cause to complain about the quality of the food or the service. Unfortunately, my visit last night, June 26, 2026, was a source of disappointment and annoyance. A 20% discount on the ribeye steak was displayed at the entrance, which prompted me to order the Charolais ribeye (380g) for €29.90. To my great surprise, at the checkout, this discount was not applied. The person at the counter told me that it only applied to the "classic" ribeye. However, there was no mention or asterisk indicating this exception on your display. I consider this to be misleading advertising. I didn't want to make a scene out of respect for my daughter's birthday, but I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with this lack of transparency and the absence of any compensation.
