Buffalo Grill sur Saint-Pierre-Les-Elbeuf

Lunch on April 19th with my family (3 children). This restaurant is a regular stop on our holiday trips to Normandy. The welcome was very pleasant, and the service was friendly. The dishes were served quickly and efficiently. Things went downhill when it came time to pay the bill with the manager, who has already been mentioned in other reviews… I have a large family card, and every time I go to a Buffalo Grill, two out of three children's meals are free… except this time, this gentleman removed one and informed me that there was still a maximum per bill. I told him that I had always received two free meals without question and that this was the first time I had been refused this offer. He contemptuously informed me of a supposed rule change effective January 1st, 2026, but without any proof. After checking the large family website, I showed him that this was false. After five minutes of negotiation, he finally refunded me for one children's meal. It's a shame to lie and make the customer experience unpleasant for €5.50… I'm still giving it 3 stars because the server was very pleasant and efficient. I'm posting proof of the offer; we'll come back to see if things change 😉

Thank you to Loic and the other young waiter (I don't know his name) who were very professional, friendly, attentive, and who added a convivial atmosphere to our visit. We had a very good time. Thank you to them.

Overall, the food was good. One small complaint about the children's dessert: the cotton candy machine has been out of order for several months and hasn't been replaced, even though cotton candy is on the menu and advertised. There's also been no milk for the lattes for several months.

We were served by Nathanael, who was very welcoming, and the quality of service was top-notch!
