Our experience was very mixed. While the food was good and of high quality, the service unfortunately fell short. We waited over an hour before being seated. I want to emphasize that the manager doesn't seem to be responsible for this situation. On the contrary, he was doing his best to manage the restaurant with a clearly insufficient staff. However, the service in the dining room was particularly disappointing. With only three servers present, the organization seemed very disorganized. Two waitresses were unwelcoming, several dishes were brought to the wrong tables, and the wait times were excessive. My burger arrived cold, to the point that I had to ask for it to be reheated. This kind of situation is regrettable and doesn't reflect the level of service one has the right to expect in a restaurant. It's a shame, because the quality of the food was excellent. With better organized service and more professionalism in the dining room, the experience would have been much more enjoyable. Based on our experience, a reorganization of the restaurant's operations and the dining room service seems necessary. Increasing staff numbers and improving coordination among servers would significantly enhance service quality and reduce waiting times.
