I'm leaving this review because for years we've been going to this Buffalo Grill for lunch or dinner. We knew the previous owner and have gotten to know the new ones. The atmosphere is warm and the service is impeccable. A dedicated team that always makes sure you have everything you need. I want to clarify that I'm not being paid or commissioned to write this message, but honestly, when I see some of the comments, I don't understand them. We eat there very regularly and so far we haven't noticed anything unsanitary or unfit for consumption. We thank the entire team for their dedication during every service. We've been going to this restaurant for 26 years. Nothing to complain about, everything is top-notch.

Always a safe bet for good food, but the service was incredibly slow. Given how long it took to take our order, we had to resign ourselves to ordering only one dish as they didn't have time to prepare more. It's a shame.

Although it's a chain, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good. Simple and efficient.

We come to Buffalo Vernon very regularly, to the point that most of the servers recognize us and remember what we order. They always have a kind word for us, a little wink that makes our visit pleasant and, above all, not anonymous. Except for the owner (?), a portly gentleman with glasses, who obviously recognizes us but shows absolutely nothing, except to ask how many of us there are. As for the food, we often have trouble getting the meat cooked properly; it's not always done correctly.
