Good service and pleasant team, it's a shame they no longer serve bison, which used to be their distinguishing feature.

We had no luck with the steaks today; the meat was very tough. The waiter changed our dishes, but it wasn't much better. We were very happy with our waiter, Gaëtan, who was very pleasant, attentive, and efficient.

Excellent meal and a very warm welcome at Buffalo Grill. A big thank you to Jade for her availability, professionalism, and good humor. Impeccable service that makes you want to come back!

I don't like being a bad critic because it hurts the business. That being said, if you order grilled vegetables, it's by choice, and so when the grilled vegetables arrive (that's the term used by the staff), half of them topped with corn (corn being a starch, not a vegetable), I have to wonder...? Is Buffalo Grill having to clear out some stock? I go there regularly, not always to the same location, but in this case, two days in a row at the same place, so different teams running the show, and it really makes a difference. Yesterday it was good, today it was so-so, and I'm being kind. I know it sounds a bit harsh... but keep in mind that when a customer goes to a restaurant to eat, it's by choice, and when you're serving a customer, try to imagine that you're the customer you're serving. This should considerably improve your perspective and therefore the result. Enjoy your meal, everyone!

We were passing through Grenoble before heading south, and we felt like stopping at Buffalo Grill. Served by Ben, our dinner went really well... he was attentive and very calm. We highly recommend it!! Thank you!!
