Buffalo Grill sur Eybens

We spent over two hours at our table. The person in charge of our room informed us as soon as we arrived that they were understaffed. We are workers and we also experience understaffing in our own companies, so it was only natural that I told him, "No problem, we understand." The problem is that many other servers in the restaurant were idle, and no one came to help him. This is unacceptable. He was so agitated that all the customers could feel it (we spoke with other tables). I took the liberty of telling him at the end of our shift that we had had a very unpleasant experience. Although I noticed that he was far from inactive, his stress and frustration (from having to manage everything alone, I imagine) were palpable, and we felt unwelcome. With this comment, I simply hope to prompt those in charge to support and, if necessary, train their employees in these situations.

Very, very, very good quality meat, as usual. I recommend this Buffalo Grill 2000%!

Very satisfactory, fast and friendly service. Thank you to Adam for his professionalism and his smile 👌😁

Nice for families, but it's a shame the burgers weren't very hot and the cheddar cheese wasn't melted…

It was really good, even though we preferred the old fries, and the rolls were still just as good!
