Buffalo Grill sur Le Pontet

My children and I were lucky enough to be served by Ya. An incredible waitress, extremely kind and funny too. We thank her again for her good humor and friendliness. She made our meal a wonderful experience.

We had a very pleasant evening; the food was excellent. We received very good service from Cynthia.

Our experience wasn't great... After a 35-minute wait after ordering, my dish arrived... and it wasn't what I ordered (I ordered a double steak and egg, I even showed the waiter the menu, but I got a single). The fries were hot, but the meat was cold (a coordination problem in the kitchen?). We could hear quite a few heated exchanges coming from the kitchen, too. The Viennese coffee had overflowed into the saucer, and it was just a regular coffee with whipped cream and chocolate chips, not a Viennese coffee at all. The waiter apologized for the delay, and at the register, we were told, "It's the school holidays." The restaurant wasn't crowded, and the terrace was empty, but the tables weren't being cleared. My husband pointed out that the toilet wasn't flushing. The cashier asked the waiter to intervene, and he made some unpleasant remarks about it in front of us... besides, is it the waiter's job to fix a toilet? Anyway, my rating is neutral, as the staff may not be entirely to blame for this unfortunate experience.

Friendly atmosphere, very pleasant staff. Helpful, very smiley, attentive, and a very good time at Buffalo.

Excellent welcome at this Buffalo Grill in Le Pontet, we thoroughly enjoyed the very tender and tasty grilled chicken, the menu prices are very affordable.

We had a fantastic time as a family! The service was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous (thank you Ya)! We love Buffalo!
