The welcome was fantastic! Sarah took care of us from beginning to end, always smiling, attentive, and calm – in short, absolutely nothing to complain about ☺️ We had a wonderful time and the food was delicious! 😋

I came on my birthday, but I didn't get the famous cake with sparkling wine/or Miami cocktail that I was entitled to thanks to my loyalty account. Oh, wait, I did get a candle on the ice cream I'd ordered. The waitress wasn't very pleasant, but the lady at the front desk was great. The meal was decent, nothing to complain about, as usual.

We had a great experience at Buffalo Grill, and Jerome really stood out. He was very attentive, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. Even with the language barrier, as we don't speak French very well, he made us feel welcome and looked after. Excellent service—thank you, Jerome!
