On Sunday, August 31, 2025, I stopped at this restaurant for dinner. I had the pleasure of meeting a truly lovely person, Mathilde, who took my order. During our conversation, I was immediately moved by her story, which led her to hold down two jobs: one at the Leclerc supermarket and the other at Buffalo Grill (out of necessity) to make ends meet. I am amazed by such a mindset, one that doesn't seek refuge in dependency but rather in a fighting spirit, striving to rise in society as a contributor to wealth creation, allowing her to stand alongside her peers with pride. In my opinion, she is a real asset to any company that has someone within its ranks who knows how to adapt when necessary. With such tenacity, I predict a very bright future for you, Mathilde, at the tender age of twenty-five. Thank you for the image you project to so many, an image that should inspire others. Thank you for who you represent, and please remain true to yourself, with your cheerful and kind face.

Saturday, September 6, 2025, I returned to the same restaurant. At opening time, I went to the restrooms, which were spotless. I was guided by different people, always with the same courtesy. I ordered the same menu as last time and I am completely satisfied with the way this restaurant is run. I can only recommend this place, which allows many people to enjoy dining out at a lower cost, in a struggling economy resulting from an incompetent management team that has impoverished our wonderful country.
Sunday, January 18, 2026, on the threshold of this new year, I extend my best wishes for happiness, health, and fertility in all areas to all the staff of this establishment. More specifically, to Mathilde, Stéphane, and Olivier, with whom I had the opportunity to exchange a few words, I sense a positive team spirit and cohesion, which inevitably has a positive impact on customer interactions. I congratulate you all and thank you for that. On June 2, 2026, upon returning to your establishment, I can only confirm my impressions from my previous visits and add that, in my eyes, you are not illusionists, but rather staff members who are mindful of the image you project within this restaurant, which welcomes a diverse range of people from all walks of life.
