The decor is incredibly well done; you really feel like you're in Texas. The staff is lovely, the food delicious, and the comfort is top-notch. A place where eating is truly a delight. Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! I don't know if it's recently renovated or brand new, but in any case, everything is spotless and very clean. The dishes are delicious and, above all, very generous. Special mention for the raclette burger: a real treat, I highly recommend it! 31/07/2026: We had an impromptu lunch in Aubenas and stumbled upon this little gem of a place on a side street. What a wonderful find! The owner takes care of everything: cooking, serving, and taking orders with a smile and genuine friendliness. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. We were able to try the Ardèche caillettes, a regional specialty. Finally, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this restaurant!
