What a mess... a 20-minute wait to get three measly ice creams. The manager needs to wake up.

A 45-minute wait, and thankfully the waitress Lulu went to check on us because, despite being overwhelmed with incomplete orders, she was attentive to our needs. Two servers for a Friday night is insufficient. And the meal was practically cold. Disappointed, as I rarely have problems. Thanks to the waitress with the Lulu badge who did her best to satisfy the customers.

Great fast food, however this review is dedicated to the dynamic young Pierre. Incredible service, he takes orders perfectly and is super friendly. Pierre has the confidence and presence of a manager 😎. Long live Burger King and Pierre!
