Busan Barbecue Coréen sur Marseille

17/03/2024: Small establishment in red and gold, lanterns and aquarium and kitsh statuettes: no doubt we are in the Chinese! Vietnamese menu rather, plethoric. Despite 30 years of service, Mr Thuong still massacres French, which accentuates the change of scenery! While Madame, in the kitchen, prepares to order. Because everything is homemade here. The tastes are right. Spring rolls, Ha Kao steamed bites, Siu Mai, with the right leaves and sauces. Pho soup, indeed, very successful, with cinnamon and star anise in balance. Very small bowl unfortunately: it's a starter... Reasonable prices but no credit card like many Marseille addresses. ATM next door. I will come back to taste the rest!
