Campanile Marseille La Penne Restaurant sur La Penne-Sur-Huveaune

First of all I'll start with the positives. The price of rooms is very tight, especially when booking through Booking. Very convenient location close to Marseille and the beaches, fairly large and free parking. Wi-Fi connection. Serious and welcoming staff. The rest, unfortunately, is lacking in improvements: The basic rooms, no special equipment, the click-slap bed for young children in poor condition. The bath water is not very strong and lacks pressure for the shower. After 9:30 p.m. the reception closes so there is no water dispenser, coffee, tea etc. outside. The big downside is the all-you-can-eat breakfast, not great at all, meager, nothing exceptional and especially for the price a "ripoff", I should have had my breakfast outside

A very good hotel for a short weekend vacation in Marseille, welcoming and helpful staff, clean hotel, I recommend -1 point for the location

Very good stay, quiet spacious room, very welcoming and helpful staff, whether at reception or room staff. The room staff made my heart ache to see that no device was put in place to facilitate the comings and goings of the containers for dirty laundry. That would be a small downside. But we will come back if the opportunity presents itself.
