I made a booking mistake and was lucky enough to be welcomed by two charming young women, Anaïs and Emma, ​​who took the time to find a solution very quickly. I highly recommend this warm and welcoming hotel. Thank you for that!

We chose this hotel for its private outdoor parking, its proximity to the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, and its easy access to public transportation, allowing us to reach Paris in about 30 minutes. A bowling alley and cinema are also within easy walking distance. The room was well-maintained. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was attentive. This hotel met all our expectations.

The staff on the phone were very friendly and courteous, and even a late arrival was great; everything was very well prepared. Breakfast was good, except that the receptionist didn't move much from her seat and didn't replenish supplies without having to be bothered. It's a shame. The bathrooms are more suited to our age; the bathtub has a step that's much too high. When will Campanile hotels install showers? Other hotels have them, and it's much safer.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be reported. Check-out time at the hotel is stated as noon at the latest. However, around 10:00 a.m., the housekeeper knocked insistently on my door for at least a minute, then entered even though I hadn't opened it. This woke me up when I really needed to sleep. I understand the staff's organizational constraints, but this kind of situation is quite disruptive for a guest and doesn't really respect privacy or the advertised check-out time. Better coordination or a check before entering an occupied room would be appreciated. It's a shame, because the rest of my stay was generally fine.

Special mention to the person who welcomed us on Sunday evening. She was exceptionally kind and friendly. Thank you to her for her warm welcome and hospitality.
