A very nice hotel with helpful staff, especially Vanessa who was very adaptable and adorable!

We know we found ourselves with two single beds, why??? No orange juice, coffee cup not very clean, car parked in front of the exit stairs not very logical...

3 night stay for business trip. Happy with the room, quiet hotel, clean room. Just a little problem with the shower but nothing serious. Otherwise in relation to the reception, I was the victim of a billing error on the part of the hotel which should have been resolved the day before leaving. The person who saw the problem was sorry. Unfortunately during check out, the person at reception brought this problem up again but was really unpleasant even though it was in no way my fault. I left the hotel angry. Regarding the restaurant, I came across a Friday evening where there were only certain (frozen) pizzas available: very disappointing. I hope this isn't the case every day. I wouldn't give it a lower rating because some of the people at reception were very friendly and so were the cleaning ladies.

Rather well located, the banks of the Seine below on the other side of the avenue and restaurants nearby. Decent room and good bedding as well. You will have a kettle in the room and TV.

Very good hotel, I go there regularly for work. The welcome from the staff is warm, they are attentive to our well-being. I return there regularly with pleasure. A little extra, think about putting vegan dishes on the restaurant menu.

Why when we call we are told there is no room and when we look at booking.. is there any?? Campanile has fallen significantly in 30 years. The new owners (China!) don't like the staff. Too few in number, Multi-task, multi-post... they have the merit of remaining super nice!! Clean room, nice welcome. The restaurant has also more than declined. Where are our magnificent buffets? There it’s a rice starter or cold meats, then a pasta or hamburger… a little heavy. For breakfast you have to ask for… everything. I guess they have to thaw on demand so as not to waste. Damage . the staff deserves 5 stars. Hotel 2 (all hotels are upgraded now, a 3* is worth 2). However, the “semi-motel” concept is rather attractive. The restaurant… has the merit of existing!! And when you've been driving all day... it's practical. Good luck to all.

Very well received, everyone we dealt with was charming, accommodating and even beyond our expectations! The room was simple but comfortable and clean, and the view of the adjacent park was quite nice.

Regarding our two night stay, we are delighted! The team is very welcoming and caring. The room clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, the choice is varied and the products are fresh. We stayed there with our 6 month old baby, only point to improve: the travel cot takes up space in the room (we returned it and baby stayed by our side during the night. Fortunately the bed is very large! ) Thank you from the heart to the whole team!
