Camping Les Castors sur Burnhaupt-Le-Haut

We had a fantastic weekend in one of the Alsatian chalets. The little Alsatian chalet area is truly superb, and the campsite's Christmas decorations were magnificent; we already felt like we were in the Christmas market atmosphere. The welcome was warm, and the reception staff were very kind and attentive to the guests. Superb campsite, we will definitely be back.

This is our third time spending a weekend in one of the Alsatian chalets. A real sense of escape, just half an hour from home. The welcome is fantastic, the amenities are top-notch, and the chalet layout is impeccable.

A relatively large campsite that's well-suited for families. Excellent value for money, and the sanitary facilities are large and clean. The only drawback is that the pitches get very muddy quickly when it rains.

A lovely cottage with a large whirlpool. Fresh baguettes and croissants are available to order. The lake is more like a pond. Good location with plenty of opportunities for excursions. Naturally, it's very quiet in the off-season. There's a beautiful treetop walkway nearby.

A wonderful time spent as a couple. Total relaxation. Absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, the welcome impeccable, and the products of exceptional quality. And the amenities... pure bliss! We stayed for a weekend with breakfast service and... raclette 😋 Absolutely fantastic, thank you! 🤗

Since we didn't know exactly when we'd be arriving from Europa-Park near Muhlhouse, there was the option to arrive after 6 p.m. The access chip was in the key box, great! Beautiful, large site with meadows, a lake, and a river. Very clean restrooms. All sites have electricity. Fresh water and gray water are available at the entrance. We were there in October when it was raining. It's definitely even nicer in the summer.

Very nice campsite, very clean restrooms. We've been there twice already while passing through Spain. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful campsite. Quiet when we were there at the end of September. Large pitches! Beautifully situated around a swimming pond and a fishing pond. The restaurant has already closed. The bread service is excellent, though. The campsite is also a good stopover. Close to the Ballons and beautiful towns. The sanitary facilities are excellent. Where we stayed was brand new. However, there were annoyingly bright lights that come on whenever someone is near. The campsite has a nice playground for children and a laser tag adventure park just outside. There's not much walking to be done near the campsite. There's a nice little station where antique (steam) trains run on weekends.

Too bad there are no year-round rentals.

A very nice site with open grass pitches. Very friendly staff both on site and at reception! The restrooms were very clean, despite the very bad weather. Freshly cleaned and warm in the morning! Respect! We also got the best baguette of our entire trip. We would go back anytime, and thank you for the wonderful stay.
