Camping Les Castors sur Burnhaupt-Le-Haut

Beautiful and quiet campsite. Everything looks great here and I don't understand some of the reviews. Well-maintained, plenty of sanitary facilities, hot water. Nice playground for children and a lovely lake for swimming with a small beach and a separate fishing pond. This campsite is recommended.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature, but the cottages were a bit cheap and we didn't get the campfire that was shown in the photos.

The campsite is clean, but there's a lack of privacy between pitches and a shortage of water points.

A lovely campsite, especially for children. There's a small swimming lake, a fishing lake, a bouncy castle, and plenty of other play options. There are also quieter pitches a little further away, some of which are quite large. The sanitary facilities are okay. There's also a restaurant with a limited menu. The pizza and tarte flambée were delicious. The staff at reception are very friendly.

Beautiful campsite with several ponds and decent sanitary facilities. Climbing park next door. Bread delivery service. No footpath to the village.

A wonderful experience. I went there for over eighteen consecutive years during my childhood, and I recently returned. You can still swim in the Doller, a large river near the campsite, just like in the old days. However, the campsite has changed a lot: the owners have changed, there are no longer caravans but mostly mobile homes, and the fishing pond has been transformed into a lake. We also stayed in a treehouse, which is truly magnificent. There has been a huge transformation, which, given my past experience at this campsite, is truly remarkable. There is also a restaurant on site. I highly recommend this campsite.

We had a fantastic weekend in one of the Alsatian chalets. The little Alsatian chalet area is truly superb, and the campsite's Christmas decorations were magnificent; we already felt like we were in the Christmas market atmosphere. The welcome was warm, and the reception staff were very kind and attentive to the guests. Superb campsite, we will definitely be back.
