Hello, I am writing to you regarding a minor issue that occurred again last night. Around 2:30 a.m., several young people, apparently customers of your establishment, made quite a racket in the street, including setting off firecrackers and shouting. I want to clarify that I fully understand that you cannot be held responsible for the behavior of each of your customers, and that you are not there to act as police officers once they are outside. This is therefore absolutely not a complaint against your establishment. However, it is unfortunately not the first time that we have been woken up very late at night by people who seem to be coming from your establishment. I completely understand that you are open until 3:00 a.m., and it is even quite convenient to have an establishment open so late. But when some customers leave at 2:00 or 2:30 a.m. and make a lot of noise in the street, it becomes truly disruptive for the residents of the neighborhood. Would it be possible to remind them, especially at these times, to show a minimum of consideration when leaving the establishment? Even a gentle reminder from you might prevent this kind of situation. Thank you for your understanding, and again, I know you can't control your customers' behavior once they're outside. It's simply become quite frequent, and last night the noise was particularly bad.

We've been ordering from them for at least 8 years now, and they're always friendly. The delivery is slow, an hour's wait, admittedly, because they have a very high volume of orders, which is understandable. Everyone is competent, and we've never been disappointed with the food! I recommend them.
