Case A Pain sur Sillery

La Case à Pain is my go-to bakery when I'm on holiday in the area. I really appreciate it for the taste of its products and its wide selection. However, something happened today that displeased me so much that I wrote a review immediately after leaving the bakery. It's just a small detail, but it's very important to me. I went in and out in less than a minute and a half. Admittedly, I knew what I wanted, and there weren't many people there, but the saleswoman rushed me through as if I were a product on an assembly line. "Hello, order, payment, goodbye," and that was it. Not a smile, just haste. So, I completely agree that we appreciate getting our orders quickly, but not at the expense of the usual warmth and hospitality of a good bakery, at least not for me.
